Return and Refund policy

1. Overview

We want every GearX order to land right the first time. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or just isn't what you expected, this page walks you through how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • You've changed your mind and the item is still unused

Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. The time starts as soon as the courier marks your order as delivered.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with all accessories (nozzles, cables, manual)

  • Backed by your order number or proof of purchase

If something's missing or shows signs of use, we may decline the return or offer a partial refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We can't accept returns for:

  • Used products or items damaged by misuse

  • Requests made after the 7-day window

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items marked final sale at purchase

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We notify you over email or WhatsApp within one business day

  • If approved, your refund is processed within 5-7 working days

  • Card and online payments go back to the original method; COD orders are refunded either by A) bank transfer or B) EasyPaisa / JazzCash (you can choose your preferred option)

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on current stock. You should message us first so we can check.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.

7. Shipping Costs

Who covers the return courier depends on why it's coming back:

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: GearX covers it in full

  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they're delivered

  • Once delivered, cancellation isn't possible (but you can still return the item under our 7-day policy)
